Please review and accept the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking:

Booking Process
All bookings must be made directly with Ginebra Pedraz via the online submission form on www.ginandmakeup.com, email, or social media.

Deposit and Payment
A  non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 
The deposit must be paid via bank transfer and will be deducted from your final invoice, which is due 14 days before the wedding date.
Without a deposit, your date cannot be guaranteed and may be offered to another client.

Trial Appointments
Trials are conducted at my home studio in London (N177PR) unless otherwise agreed.
Trials are scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 4PM.

Late Payment
If payment is not received 14 days prior to the wedding, a late fee may be applied at my discretion.

Changes to Booking
Any amendments to the number of services after the deposit has been paid must be confirmed in writing at least 2 months before the wedding date.
Changes are subject to my approval. If the number of services is reduced 1 month before the wedding day, full payment for the originally quoted services will be required, or I reserve the right to cancel my services.

Date Changes
If you need to change the wedding date and I am available, the deposit will be transferred to the new date.
If I am not available, the deposit is non-refundable. Refunds will be granted at my discretion.

Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If you cancel 8 weeks or more before the wedding, no further payment is required.
For cancellations within 8 weeks-15 days, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur full payment.

Service Availability
If I am unable to provide the agreed services, a full refund will be issued, and I will endeavour to find a replacement stylist.

Payment Details
All payments should be made to Ginebra Pedraz.
Please use your name and booking date as the reference.

Timetable and Delays
A start time and timetable will be agreed upon before the wedding day.
Delays caused by the bridal party or other vendors resulting in incomplete services will still require full payment. Delays beyond my control will not warrant a refund.

Preparation for the service
To ensure optimal results, all individuals having their hair styled should arrive with clean, fully dry hair.
Avoid using products or hot tools prior to styling as this may affect the final result.

All individuals having their makeup done should arrive with clean face, avoid using products before your appointment.

Travel Expenses
Travel expenses are included within a 15 mile radius from N177PR.
For travel exceeding this millage a travel fee will be charge.

Insurance and Liability
I am fully insured with public liability coverage and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Any damage to equipment caused by the client will be charged to the client.

Safety Precautions
To ensure safety, please keep young children away from hot tools and products, and supervise them at all times.
